Will there be any issues regarding the letter I will need for my condo purchase? basically I received it and took it out for a year and put it back. Peterw42 Posted July 12, 2019 Share Posted July 12, 2019 The bank should be able to go back in their records and give you an FET/letter for the deposit 2 years ago. It wouldnt be a case of proving its the same money, the land office just wants proof the equivalent amount came from outside thailand.
