Is the 'support desk'' only interested in forum software

The 'support desk' used to be (via email) a way to appeal over-zealous suspensions and the like.

 

Sad to say, this is no longer the case.☹️

 

I was suspended five days ago and appealed to 'forum support' via email.  My emails were ignored☹️.

So has anyone heard back after sending an email to 'support' for anything other than a software problem?

 

Genuine question, for which I fully expect to either receive another 'holiday' or be banned.
