Thai visa in Cebu and Sri Lanka

Hello,

 

I haven't been able to find any recent info about getting a thai visa in these places. Is it even possible in Cebu?

I read that Manila is not the most "friendly" embassy, still accurate?

Does anyone have experience getting a visa in Sri Lanka? If so, how was that procedure?

The honorary consulate in Cebu does no issue visas.

Sri Lanka you need to be from there or a legal resident.

Oh really? So it's not possible for a traveller to get a visa in Sri Lanka?

Well this caused problems to my travel plans!

Is it possible to use an agent in the Philippines, to get the visa in Manila from Cebu?

The last question would be of interest for me too. Have no intent to spend any minute longer in Manila than getting out from the airport.

However do it Subic bay instead of Cebu. Worst case travel taking the bus from Subic to Angeles to find an Agent there.

Ok, forget it. Just saw the other post which says you have to go to Manila in person, so I guess it will be Cambo another time, or even better just cut down on time spent in Thailand anyhow.
