But was looking for something for the skin. I was thinking of applying the shampoo itself but it's too fluid too stay on the skin. Really needs to be a cream. farmerjo Posted July 23, 2019 Share Posted July 23, 2019 I get out in the sun and get a tan and drink plenty of water,little exercise and i take a diet pill to help control weight for a couple of months at a time,not for everyone but has worked wonders for me here. Head and Shoulders shampoo,that's it. Went through the coal tars,cortisones,etc,etc. 99% free of it ATM,cold season always knocks me around a bit.
