That will just result in an increase in the removal of number plates, to try and avoid being caught.

 

In Udon alone I've notice a marked increase in the number of white licence plate cars with the rear black numbers 'whited out', presumably to avoid being read by cameras. The front number plates always tend to be untampered with though.

 The new pavements put down along Sukhumvit virtually all have dropped curbs. 

The BMA is having a laugh as per normal.
