The rod pierced the windshield and the front seat narrowing avoiding a child lying on the back seat. Phai Siam news The story was featured on Facebook and reported on by Phai Siam news in Nan, northern Thailand. The media said this should serve as a warning to keep your distance from large trucks. Thaivisa notes that no one mentioned what might have happened if the child had been seated upright in a seat belt.
