Right thanks. It's nothing to do with riding a ski. So it appears the news report was therefore erroneous by mentioning a captain's licence - for whatever reason. Ha ha, yes! IIRC they were charged with playing darts without having a licence, and when they requested a licence the authorities admitted they hadn't yet designed one.
