Which area of Isaan has the most expats?

I would have to agree, KK is so flat that the air doesn't move as much as UT where you have more mountains and breezes surrounding the city.

I live 20k west of UT, the air quality for most of the year is ok but even out here in the sticks it can get bad, think the wind brings the crap up from the lowlands around KK.

I hate the stinking Korat city when you drive into it coming from Bangkok. But the most and invisibly polluted city must be Rayong at the East Coast with all these plastic factories. 

 

    My brother in law's wife just recently passed away of cancer and she's only 36. They both work(ed) in a Japanese company and the pollution is incredible.
