If in Rayong city it's self, Kantary Bay Hotel down at the beach has an excellent Italian restaurant. As Marcusarelus has indicated, there is a Sizzler in Lam tong shopping mall and there are a couple of others like Santa Fe and your usual fast food, KFC, Mcdonald's etc. there. Ok, you are not too far from the places we have mentioned. Public transport is not so good, except motor bike taxis are plentiful. If you didn't want to go out, the other option would be to get delivery from Pizza Company, KFC or what ever you wanted. The hotel should be able to help. The hotel should be able to help. Go to Lamtong and get the phone number of any of the taxi's standing out front and a couple of motorcycle taxis on the other side.
