Pattaya waterfront will always do well Too true regarding waterfront. And, you can add ocean view. Signed a contract yesterday to sell my 16th condo in Pattaya. The one thing they have all had in common, other than they made money, was ocean view. The buyer is Chinese so this means the last 5 condos I have sold have had Chinese buyers. They are only worth 80% of what you paid for them as 20% is skimmed off as commission by the honest real estate agent who reluctantly sold it to you at a knock down price.
