Skeptic7
No problem with this increase as it is fair and needed. Do prefer GRAB over hailing a taxi streetside. Find prices to be comparable. Good customer care too as was overcharged by roughly ฿100 on my last airport ride. Got the e-receipt on my way out of the Kingdom and noticed it was much HIGHER than normal and what was on the meter. E-mailed GRAB with as much detail as I possible and had an immediate response saying it was being looked into. Within 24 hours had ฿109 credited back to my credit card.
