Reasonably priced grains besides rice/oats/wheat you've seen

I have all the major chains around me and would like to see what they have besides the usual stuff I have. Does thailand make anything like millet, quinoa, or the other grains ? If so I imagine they wouldn't be too expensive made domestically

You should ask a Mod to move this to the health and medicine section. Maybe more interest there.

This section is used for discussing the merits of hamburgers, chips, pizza and chicken nuggets. Also the best processed meat maker.

My local Tesco Lotus has almond milk and flax seeds but no pulses except tears of job. Weird

I expect that all those would be imported and hence expensive.
