How likely is it that if I asked for a second letter (different condo) I would be challenged? A friend says' just say "I didn't use the first letter" anyone any experience of that? Second point - I transferred the money in last year but withdrew it to use it elsewhere. I have now put funds back in the account - is that an issue?
