It is not difficult to understand really.

Thailand is part of what is known as IndoChina.

The Thais have basically half Indian and half Chinese blood to begin with.  This of course explains both the cunning and the stupidity at the same time.  

Those in the know will tell you that farang are tolerated, at best.

Does the proposal mean that Chinese and Indian tourists still have to get a Visa before entering, but that this Visa is without cost (Free Visa) ? I thought that there is a VOA available with a waived fee

 

Or will Chinese and Indians become Visa-exempt for stays up to 15 days (like most western countries for 30 day stays) ?  That could move the needle as it will be less hassle to enter

Now is this is true and the law is adopted,  we all have to make a petition also for ask Visa free one year with not deposit bank, if we not make this we are also idiots....

I've left already. Unfortunately my next trip involves meeting friends in Bangkok for 2 days (really don't want to be adding to the tourist figures) then we're all off to Cambodia then possibly the Philippines. Feeling excited for the first time in a long time.
