El Paso clearly had an ideological motivation. Thus an act of terrorism. Of course there are political implications of such events. A big one involves the current occupant of the white house. Does his toxic race baiting xenophobic rhetoric encourage a small number of people towards terrorism? I think yes. Also, why is this president so SOFT on extremist white supremacist terrorism?
