Crossy Posted August 17, 2019 Share Posted August 17, 2019 There is (or at least was) a minimum post count before you could add attachments to a PM, possibly 100 or so posts. If you don't see the "Drag files here" message to the bottom of your PM (looks the same as the forum post editor) you've not reached the post count yet.
