Neeranam Posted August 20, 2019 Share Posted August 20, 2019 A friend of mine is on a marriage visa extension, and is being threatened by someone he annoyed that he will inform authorities. I told him that as he is paying tax in the UK, still keeps a UK address, his trading is done on a platform on the UK, therefore he is not working in Thailand. Just checking I am right? If he sends it to here after that by whichever method, he is not working here in Thailand. Just for reference, was told this by my Imm officer. ????
