How long/valid USA B2 visas thais gets?

Recommended Posts

Hi, Im from EU tho still needs tourism visa to USA, went to BKK embassy, couple simple questions and got B2, valid for 10 years.

My gf and doughter went with me but they were turn back cuz we made mistake in thier visa application (pretty complicated process all together) So only I was interviewed and they got reshedulled.

My gf got company, properties, moneys.

Do thais get 10y validity visas or most likely it will be 1 year ?

Any who applied for B2 visa can tell me please

Thanks

All thais i know with US visa including my Gf have 10 year B1/B2 visas.

They didn't ask for it, seems standard.

PS: Why do u need a visa? Esta should be enough for a 90 day holiday?

Poland need visas. They about to wave them tho.

Still with visa u can stay 6 months in us do visa run and repeat it for 10 years.

No visas u can stay 90 days.

So no beneffit really, well no visa fees

Have them apply again.

Triple check the application, then check it 10 more times.

80% of all applications are denied because the application was filled out incorrectly.

Of the 20% left over, 80% of those are approved. IMHO.

That is kind of true, but like Thailand and other countries, the US tracks your total time. If it looks like you are using B visa to live in US...then you are on wrong visa.

Also, visa runs to Mexico and Canada don't count.
