ubonjoe
You should be able to enter without with history you have. It might be best to get another tourist visa to use for entry.
elviajero
You will improve your chances with a SETV.

You will have been out of los almost 2 months. So that's big plus. Get a setv. But really your running out of options. You have had many threads and it has limited life. Ubon and elivajero have given good advice. Coming into 2020 you get another 2 visa exempt border. I have a friend now stuck outside los. Buy a Thai elite visa if your age and money is up to it. Entering with a visa improves your chances over entering using VE.
BritTim
Let me add my voice to others who say you stand a better chance with a tourist visa (which immigration is supposed to honour) rather than trying to enter visa exempt where it is up to immigration whether they think you qualify. That would be the dumbest thing you could do, ask the IO the question whether you will be allowed in or not : It's like telling him that there might be a good reason why you shouldn't be allowed in. 1
