Went to pattaya police station to pay it but they said i have to go to the original area rayong to pay the ticket.. I thought this had all changed and you could pay it online now.. Just take your fine paper (and payment cash) along and they will supply an envelope, they will send to the correct place. I have paid in the past 51bht for their service. Stamp/Envelope. Read the ticket and it tells you that you can pay at K bank and they stamp and give you a receipt, I don’t remember having to do anything else.
