rooster59 Posted August 24, 2019 Share Posted August 24, 2019 Taiwanese tourist rescued after getting a little too close to the sea Cap: He wanted to get close to the sea Sanook reported that a Taiwanese tourist had to be rescued after he got stuck in a bog on a coastal stretch of the Sam Roi Yot national park in Prajuab Khiri Khan province. Park staff and rescue services managed to winch the tourist out after a 15 minute operation in the Khao Daeng sub-district. The tourist said he had rented him four wheel drive in Hua Hin and had been driving all over the area. He wanted to take some up-close pictures of the sea but due to his unfamiliarity with the area he got stuck. He expressed his appreciation for the help in getting him back on the road. Hope the renter cleans it thoroughly before returning the car to the rental company and the rental company does get the pictures on social media.
