Artisi
Interestingly this was a private hire van, you would think the self - importance of the guys mentioned heading off for what is being promoted as "official" business in the sin-city of Thailand would have warranted at least a BIB van with the usual 2 or 3 escort vehicles with flashing lights etc. - makes you wonder that the so-called "official" business really entailed? ZeVonderBearz
How awkward it's going to be when the hospital asks for payments of the bill. "Your bill mister officer sir, how would you like to pay?". "Do you know who I am? Do you know who my brother is?".
