webfact Posted August 29, 2019 Share Posted August 29, 2019 Hua Hin: Tricky lady boy ripped off her friend over rental car for tourists Picture: Bangkokbiznews Crime Suppression Division police arrested a 34 year old lady boy for fraud in connection with a car rental company for tourists in Hua Hin. Phirun was picked up in Krung Petch Soi 2 in Petchaburi and taken back to Hua Hin. In 2018 she had opened up a car rental business in Hua Hin. A friend had let her rent out her car for 6,000 baht a week. It was all fine at first then Phirun disappeared - and so did the car. Phirun explained that she sold the vehicle because she had lost money in a Ponzi scheme. Bangkokbiznews reported that there were 7 other warrants out for Phirun on matters of fraud and bouncing fraudulent checks.
