I used their calculator yesterday for a quote but wanted to know who the policy was through so unfortunately had to ring them. I also queried something on one of the drop downs to do with model and the lady said she would have to get back to me - so I told her to use the email which she said she would do. I never received an email but someone tried to call me later yesterday which I missed.
