Q: Paying the overstay fine for 1 day at DMK, in advance, would that be an option? Or will they grant 1 more day? SEA forum, Vietnam land border, 15 days (long gone for westerners at Thai border), DMK (Bangkok), overstay in advance ... Can you retry and sort your ideas? Where are you now?
