Koh Phangan: Myanmar guy has all the excuses but the evidence points to guilt

The suspect claimed he was not a thief and had a job earning 12,000 baht a month as a cleaner

So, bang to rights - no Thai cleaner gets 12,000 let alone a myanmar one!

The owner of a bungalow development said he had seen the suspect climbing a wall and asked him what he was doing. He said he was coming for a look as it looked like a nice place.

Two of his compatriots have been sentenced to death on less evidence

His only hope now is they don't pin every theft since his conception on him.

Well you do don't you. You see a nice place and rather than go through the gate you climb over the wall. Happens every day.

No there wasn't. No evidence other than one piece of A4 with crossing out and scribbles was presented to the court. No credible cross examination was allowed. Anyway this was Koh Tao not Koh Phangan.

He was telling the truth.... but it wasn't the floors he was cleaning up !

Great post. The punctuation, grammar, spelling, reasoning, supportive evidence and narrative flow help in its persuasiveness. Now I am truly convinced.
