The hurricane was forecast to go through the gulf. This is much to do about nothing.

The weather bureau stated he was wrong. You know, those pesky experts.

Alabama is not in its path. what part of that do you not understand.

That spade he is using must be worn out with all that digging, the hole must be a 100 meters deep.

Don’t worry, China manufactures lots and lots of spades... and if he digs for long enough, he might develop a new trade route ????

There was no forecast including Alabama, excepting the trumps own forecast. The trump knowingly provided outdated and incorrect data to the American people’s... or at best, he unwittingly provided it... although to be honest, I’m not sure which would be worse... “knowingly” or “unwittingly”... either way, just more untruths or lies from the twittering tyrant... that Y’all except this behavior from your dear leader is bizarre

It's now come out that "trump" (the leader of the free world) drew the sharpie bubble.

Is anyone surprised?

When asked if he knew WHO drew it --

I don't know.

I don't know.

I don't know.

That's a classic tell for him. He's the "man" that is constantly saying he knows more than anyone about almost everything.

So how do "trump" fans defend this?

Much to do about nothing, just more media muck. Dorian was an unusually difficult storm to predict. Earlier predictions did show Dorian crossing the Florida peninsula in the direction of Alabama.  Hurricanes don't just disappear, they continue until nothing is left. Thus, Dorian would have continued into Alabama according to early predictions. Why did the graph stop? Cause they only predict 5 days in advance.

Right NO Alabama...until someone "sharpied in" an imaginary Day 6 and 7 forecast after His Majesty's gaffe. :1zgarz5: :cheesy:

It is obvious someone altered the map he was referring to with his statements. I would not want to be the one with the Sharpie marker because as we know Trump is relentless and I think he will get to the bottom of it.

Trump Altered Dorian Map to Show Storm Threatened Alabama

After facing ridicule for suggesting over the weekend that Hurricane Dorian might strike Alabama, Donald Trump showed reporters a map on Wednesday that he personally altered to help prove his point.

Should we laugh or should we cry?

Donald and the Black Sharpie

One evening, after thinking it over for some time, Donald decided he wanted to be president.

He drew a picture that made his hands look very big.

He drew another picture that made dark people look scary and another that made the president into a mean Muslim from Africa.

Ha ha. Trump would choke and if he had to admit he lied or was wrong about something. What a tool. I feel so sorry for the majority of Americans who see this pathetic man for what he is, and can't do anything until Nov 2020 election.

Let's see how long the media can keep this one going.  He usually starts a new round of idiocy on the weekend to carry into the following week, does well for distracting from the real harm he's doing, like the dismantling of the government or running his grifts.

Maybe the White House should establish it's own weather service.

He may be losing his (debatable) grip.  So far 4 people in his party are running against him, he can't be happy about that.  The Dems are finally mobilizing on the emoluments by way of the Ireland and Scotland resort scandals.  I'm waiting for his head to explode.

Now the president of the United States has posted a trolling cat meme suggesting the entire Sharpie weather map thing was simply an intentional troll to CNN (and the facts based media in general) during a storm that devastated the Bahamas and threatened the U.S. (but not Alabama). Yes, people have become used to this as a new kind of normal. So who's crazy? The current occupant of the white house or the rest of the U.S. government that hasn't yet invoked Article 25 or impeachment proceedings?

A president that acts LESS presidential everyday. I understand the impulse to shake things up, but what we actually got with that. Seriously?

Hey hey, this ridiculous saga ain't over yet!  In fact it's entering another dimension:

I would presume Trump ordered them gone. This was a big embarrassment to be publicly contradicted like this, he will not accept that.

Why would you try to deceive the public?  Clearly this was an older forecast, not relevant to the discussion.

But perhaps you have the courage to answer this question.  Why did the Alabama NWS immediately contradict Trump regarding his claim that Alabama was in the hurricane's path?

["Alabama will NOT see any impacts from Dorian. We repeat, no impacts from Hurricane Dorian will be felt across Alabama. The system will remain too far east," the NWS office in Birmingham, Alabama, tweeted Sunday morning.

The NWS' tweet came about 20 minutes after Trump claimed that Alabama was among the states expected to be hit by the storm.]

These videos looked like they're slapped together by 13 year old Russian, at a troll farm. Ovation Eddie 2 (what happened to Ovation Eddie 1?) looks like he has a lot of time on his hands. They slake the gullible base's thirst for "real" news, and they get to feel good about "owning" the libs.

And now trump is kicking bahamians off boats and not allowing them into US.

They were told all they needed were passports and criminal history check. Bit on the way ICE stopped the boats and ordered all those without visas to get off.

Apparently they dont usually need visas. But since the hurricane decimated their homes trump has decided to make it very hard for them.

What a great guy and leader. ????

It's sadistic. Imagine how it would be different if the islanders were Norwegians.

Yes, it's not about the information, it's about diverting attention from the discussion at hand.
