You must have been in great haste to provide a snarky response, as you apparently missed it.

You get a much higher dose of radiation during the flight.

 

So once you've avoided the scanner do you refuse to board the plane?

I always allow  a full body scan.

Safety first, and if possible a strip search but only if done by one of those cute female officers in military uniform.  The Uniform enhances the experience!!

also a cavity search if I am in the mood.
