snoop1130
Facial scan nabs fugitive procurer after 10 years By Kornkamon Aksorndech The Nation Biometrics has helped Immigration Police finally apprehend a Thai woman who’d evaded jail for a decade for conning three of her countrywomen into forced prostitution in Italy. The woman, identified only by the first name Kularp, had apparently changed her name six times in the intervening years. But a biometrics scanner at the Immigration checkpoint in Surin on the Cambodian border matched her to police records as she entered the country on September 2, Immigration Police Bureau chief Pol Lt-General Sompong Chingdoung said on Friday. Kularp lured three other women into prostitution between July 2005 and June 2006 on the pretence of finding them jobs as maids and waitresses in Milan, Italy. The victims were rescued and filed complaints and Kularp was arrested in Thailand. She was sentenced to prison in 2009 but jumped bail and fled the country. I am not sure the RTP have jurisdiction outside of Thailand. Instead of complaining you might want to be happy that things are improving. And no it does not say she been out of the country all the time also does not say she has been into the country all the time. But she did flee the country and was caught entering it. hotchilli
Seems strange that she can change her name, apply for a new passport without the information being passed on to immigration, so they can update their system.

With the right contacts for the issue of new bith cert and ID you could do it. Only thing you can't change is fingerprints and in this case your face bio's
Classic Ray
The courts make trouble for themselves here by granting bail to convicted criminals like her, or firm suspects for murder, like the recent Norwegian guy, inviting people to flee. Justice delayed is justice denied.
