Does the OP mean on;y the remote isn't working or has he gotten up on a stepladder and found that the manually operated power/speed switches don't work? There is a small set screw on the backside from the controls on the unit that needs to be removed. Once removed the fan slides off the mounting bracket. Four years old so another $1000bt for another. Thanks You might just try taking apart the switch box. Careful for things that go boing.
