Maybe it is a bad translation or typo, it should be shot slow.

I never realised you could alter the speed of the bullet?

Unless one was thinking the bib had had enough time to think about making the cook simmer in pain for a while? 

 

Anyway... a HeadShot is textbook policing for when things really get real!

Simmer in pain - is that some sort of French bread recipe the chef was cooking at the thyme?
