A few years back speed traps were a common sight, more recently haven't seen one for ages, but plenty stops looking for helmet/ seat-belt use and checking documents. The stretch of downhill road leading to the traffic lights at Bang Saray has claimed at least 25 lives whilst I lived nearby. Only once have I seen a cop looking like he was checking speed. Alphonsothethird
Higher walls and speed traps will never stop dangerous and reckless driving. Correct driving proficiency training and enforcement of traffic laws would help though but will still never solve the problem of a particular mindset..
