Nobody voted to Leave with a deal or without a deal.

There were only 2 options, Leave or Remain. Leaving with no deal is leaving, is it not? If it is not leaving, please tell me what it is.

Boris, Farage and The Sun did promise that there would be a deal. In fact they stated the the EU will beg the UK for a deal. They have mislead the people or they are incompetent or both. The reality is very far from what they have promised in the run-up to the referendum. Also the results weren't supposed to be legally binding. It would be fair to give the public a chance for an educated decision.

By taking 'No Deal' off the table 'Brexit' is not, in any real sense, now possible.

The 'EU' has to agree the deal, the 'EU' wants the 'UK' to 'Remain', therefore any 'Deal' will require the 'UK' to effectively remain within the 'EU' as whatever 'Deal' they agree to, is one which leaves the 'UK' subject to all 'EU' rules and regulations, with 'No Voting'; or Remain as a fully participating member with a position even less advantageous than it has at present.

All the EEC/EC/EU 'treaties' have pointed in one direction, a 'Federal State' ruled by a 'Federal' government at a massive cost to the tax payer.

The duplicity of these 'MPs' who were elected via their parties manifestos to effect Brexit is destroying the public's trust in 'Parliament' and democracy. What a disgraceful and hypocritical lot they are.

Stop with that.
It is obvious that the parliament should pass a law making the second referendum binding, definitive and immediately applicable with a pre-defined agenda.

That would require changing the constitution. Not a quick process.

mustn't scare the voters with what a no deal could imply must we.....Lying to the Queen eh...only Andrew is allowed to get away with that.

To be fair, Johnson lies to everybody, regularly. So HMQ should not feel she was treated differently.

As an outsider I watch in disbelief. One Union is good, but another union is not good.

How about if you guys left the EU and then the EU, and perhaps some other white countries   joined the UK?

would that make you happy?

You can call it the Association of White International People,

ASS.W.I.PE for short.

Great observation!

Also, do brexiteers even remember WHY they wanted to leave EU in the first place? What was the point, other than crashing UK's economy? Remember, all of this was ONLY to get rid of Polish and Romanian laborers? Do you enjoy the 'control' now? Was it worth it? Do brexiteers even realize Islamists do not enter UK from EU, Pakistan is not part of EU nor Schengen.

At this point it seems one side simply wishes to 'win', even if winning means disaster for UK, it is almost like burning  down your own house because you no longer like the wallpaper.

Isn't the whole point of brexit to be a winner?

Well that's democracy Lib/Dem style for you.

Remember that all the MPs are give a pill after they are elected which makes them smarted and more clever than the whole population of the UK.

IMHO there should be a general election asap but who is stopping it? About 400 people in the HoC who fear, and quite rightly so, that their gravy train will fall of the tracks.

British MP's are elected to represent their constituents. Not only the ones who voted for them but all their constituents. They are not elected as delegates of either the constituents or a political party. They, as representatives, must vote honestly and ethically in line with the own judgement and conscience.

The fact clown Cameron tried to blow an advisory consultative referendum into something it could never be, because he thought he'd get the result he wanted easily, is irrelevant.

Win what, though? How is leaving biggest economic union a win?

The only winner is Russia, weaker EU means stronger Russia. Biggest winner  in long term is China, it is easier to dictate trade terms with individual nations, next to China any European country is tiny and insignificant.

3 most likely options are...

1. Challenge/test the law in the courts. Exit the EU while it's going through the process.

2. Let Britain veto it's own request for an extension.

3. Convince one of the other member states to veto the request by threatening to become a menace in the European Parliament (veto everything, regularly demonstrate and ignore protocol etc.). The Brexit party can help with this.

Quite a few other options as well. This is far from over but the government are keeping quiet on which option they will take to avoid Parliament plotting against it. Good Luck Boris, together, the people and the government can overcome this colluding, traitorous Parliament,

Haha

1) It would be expedited so no chance of that

2) Illegal

3) Never going to happen - infact the smart money is on a longer extension in order to kick it firmly into the long grass.

Finally ‘the people’ ??? You seriously still think the U.K. populace still wants leave ?? It was only 25% in 2016, much less now. The games up - someone needs to put the leavers out of their misery.

Second referendum (which no assured leaver would reject) and we can all move on.

Best stay in the EU then, if Parliament can't be trusted. Folks need to eat and pay bills while they continue to squabble. We need to be governed by someone.

So much for taking back control...

I agree fully with you. But the brexiteers still think they are the Winners of this mess.

That's important to notice.
