GarryP Posted September 13, 2019 Share Posted September 13, 2019 I have a TCL smart TV in the bedroom and in the past I have had no trouble watching Netflix. However, a couple of days ago it stopped working. I get the message "We're having trouble playing this right now. Please try again later or select a different title." and in the bottom right of the screen I get the message "tvq-pm100 (5.2.12)". Regardless what program I select, I get this message. I have followed the instructions on Netflix about turning off the TV, disconnecting it and holding the power button for 10 seconds, checking all my connections and even doing a factory reset. All to no avail. Now I know it is something with the TV as I can still watch Netflix on my mobile phone and my other smart tv in my living room, but am now at a loss as to what I can do. From googling it seems to be quite a common problem but neither TCL nor Netflix seem to have got a work around. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I miss watching TV in bed and it is driving me mad. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
