I have a TCL smart TV in the bedroom and in the past I have had no trouble watching Netflix. However, a couple of days ago it stopped working. I get the message "We're having trouble playing this right now. Please try again later or select a different title." and in the bottom right of the screen I get the message  "tvq-pm100 (5.2.12)". Regardless what program I select, I get this message.   I have followed the instructions on Netflix about turning off the TV, disconnecting it and hold
