Virtually all the door glass in the USA is mandated to be safety glass. Liability wise in a situation like this in the USA, the drunkeness may reduce his damages, but not eliminate them. Comparative negligence.

Thats the USA though with a developed legal system and rule of law. Here, the hotel will skate cheap.

That's wonderful.

Please tell us, what do they do in that developed legal system with bankers who started a worldwide financial crisis?

Or is that not really as important as glass in doors?

Well Im not quite sure as to what you are talking about, but legal liability for a tort to another depends on what the facts are. Perhaps hire a lawyer to investigate?

And who was responsible to have glass like that in a door?

People fall from time to time. That's one of the reasons why security glass is used in doors all over the world.

What is the law in Thailand about security glass?
