You would like 18 year olds to be allowed into bars as it would give you the opportunity to have sex with them . Fair enough , but they would be most unlikely to want to have anything to do with you , unless you paid them the going rate . So, there would be no change in that respect . When I grew up in the USA legal drinking age was 18 in Florida. We all started at 14 and 15. Of course us at 15 back then is like a 25 y.o. today.
