Pattaya: Friday 13th proves unlucky for blonde woman on seven year overstay 

 

 

Naew Na reported that Chonburi immigration and the tourist police had arrested a Turkmenistan woman and a Russian man on long overstays in Thailand on Friday the 13th of September. 

 

The 37 year old blonde was stopped outside a hotel in Pattaya on Friday and was found to have overstayed by 2,675 days. 

 

Also on Friday a 45 year old Russian man on overstay of 683 days was arrested in the Pratumnak area of the resort. 

 

He is the one wearing a Pattaya singlet.

Presumably one of the 45,000 plus overstayers caught by 'Byometrics', when just a few weeks back we were told that ALL overstayers had been caught and there were none left in the Kingdom.    Does this mean Byometrics are finally doing what Immigration should have been doing all along instead of spewing BS ?
