I've tried emailing them, but they haven't replied. I also called them, but the person in charge of the visa service was always out. Any other reliable agents? I've tried asking Jim about the requirements and how it works, but he just keeps saying "Bring the documents", which doesn't help because I've heard conflicting stories about the documents they need over there.
