Trujillo
Anyone aware of a good gynecologist? Not Ram Hospital, either.
dcnx
Ram was a disaster for my partner. Lanna wasn’t much better. Turns out they do limited tests here and just give antibiotics to everyone to clear whatever they do or do not have. That came directly from the gyno when asked about certain tests. She said Thais would rather just take the medication than pay for more expensive testing so they don’t offer it. She did have luck with the public hospital on Suthep Rd., the name is escaping me at the moment. The department was really run down and beat up but the doctor was competent and performed the tests she asked for. Excellent communication. Go in armed with information and the type of tests you want beforehand.
beau thai
My gf finds the gyno at Lanna very good. Also tried Bangkok hospital but left with the impression it was more about selling yet more unnecessary tests, than just fixing the problem. I may be wrong but that was how it seemed. I think it is always worth checking credible sites via Google (eg Mayo clinic) to see if you think advice here is commercial or medical!!
