jeanno
Hi, I have a 30 years lease contract on a chanote land registered in land office. I went to immigration to ask how i can registered for TM30 without house book because i don t have any. They said to me to use number of chanote. My question is: can i registered as land owner knowing than my name is on chanote? Thank you.
Tanoshi
You don't own the land, you lease it. Do you live in a house, where, who owns it?

You wouldnt be registering as the owner, you are not the owner, you would be registering as the possessor. Choose possessor when you do the online registration and the system will request property numbers and documents, Chanote or blue book etc. If you dont have these documents then your lease will probably be accepted.
