webfact Posted September 16, 2019 Share Posted September 16, 2019 Wissanu admits Thammanat’s educational background was not vetted Deputy Prime Minister Wissanu Krea-ngarm admitted today (Monday) that the authority concerned had not vetted the educational background of Captain Thammanat Prompao, before he was appointed deputy agriculture minister, because the vetting process might have delayed the appointment of the cabinet. The task of screening the qualifications of cabinet ministers rests with the Office of the Secretary-General of the Cabinet. However, he indicated that the embattled deputy agriculture minister might be replaced “if there is an ethics problem”. Earlier last week, Wissanu said that Thammanat had graduated from the Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy with a diploma equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree. Which part of being jailed for drug smuggling, being stripped of rank by the army and offering up a bought degree does not stink of a ethics problem? Depends a bit how much money he has, if you have a lot to start with its easy to make extra money. So how much does Prawit have ?. Not saying he is clean far from it just that just checking his salary and his bank balance is not a good check. Need to take into account what kind of other possessions he has and how much money to start with. I have absolutely no clue how much he is worth so I am just asking.
