Udon ThunI kumphawapi

Recommended Posts

A long shot ,but something I need to put bed for my own peace of mind. I need to know how find my kids natural mother Champen Phokapanit so I can contact her and tell her the kids are ok and maybe they want to see her now they have grown up

I first came to Thailand in 98 eyes wide shut fell in love with a bar girl and had 2 kids with her one was born in the UK where we were going to settle , she had a bad gambling problem then. I got a job in Taiwan and the kids went to stay in the Tambon mentioned above my boy was 3 and my girl 2 . I paid for Kindergarten and then school and I found later she had never taken them. I used to get back every 3 months to Udon for a week or so.

When I went back to stay for  a few months after Taiwan I realised how much the kids were being neglected their teeth were rotten and she would take my boy to card games until 4am in the morning. Obviously I put a stop to that. She came back 1 day with my boy about 3pm ish and he was l sick and we had to take him to hospital and they kept him in, and looking back i think someone had fed him whisky or something because she looked very sheepish

The gambling got worse she did about 50 K and I decided I could not leave my kids there so I took them away to stay at a mates house in Jomtien where I put them in school (The second Steve from Steves bar who shot himself helped me out with money and I paid him back, I was gutted when I heard what happened )

When I was working in China my kids were with a woman teacher I met in Ayutthaya, we are now married and the kids have looked at her as there mother. At this time I was worried the mother would find the kids until I got a call from her lawyer saying she had been banged up for selling Yeh Baa in Phuket and needed bail money. I used that to get full custody of both of my children it cost me about 500 k Bt ,bearing in mind this was 2008 and a lot of GBP

I saw a picture of the ex Mrs today with my boy when he was born and I felt so guilty for taking those kids from her

don't feel guilty. cut your ex wife out of all the pictures with your kids. keep up the good work with saving the kids from their mom.

Thanks I'll take your advice. The kids are doing really well one nearly 17 the other 18 going to school and university in Bangkok respectively, And they loved there new mum from day 1 , she has no kids herself but a natural mother. Both my kids look like westerners but my wife's family treat them as there own from day 1 as well. The kids know what I did for them

The pictures I looked at today were 18 years ago and had not seen those pictures for 15 years ish and they were taken in my naive days for I had no idea at the time what would happen

I doubt she has the same emotions. Your kids are happy, and lucky. Move on.

You're a good dad and their mom was terrible. You saved your children and did the right thing. Move on and I'm sure your children will too. God bless your current wife, their real mom now.
