Laza 45
...2 years ago the river and lake by our house flooded.. part of our house was flooded.. the old people said they had never seen anything like that before.. this year it happened again.. These floods were caused by weather systems coming off the Pacific and South China Sea.. coming over from the Philippines.. These storm systems are getting stronger because of warming sea temperatures.. This whole north east area is drained by the Chi river.. originating in the mountains behind Khon Kaen. I flows to Maha Sarakham... where the Pao river from the huge Lam Pao dam enters with flood waters from our area.. it flows to Roi Et and on to Ubon Ratchathani where it joins the Mun River and flows on into the Mekong River. All these places along this river system have experienced floods 2 years ago and are experiencing huge floods at the moment from these huge storms.. they are likely to get worse as the oceans warm even more. You don’t believe in freedom of speech or freedom of the press or freedom of opinion? In any case, I’m not a climate “denier”. (Nice to compare to holocaust deniers. Leftist tactic) I believe that yes, we do have a climate. And yes, climate changes. It has always changed. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow, sometimes a little, sometimes a lot. The study of climate over the history the planet is called Paleoclimatology. I find it a fascinating subject. History, Geology, Astronomy, Meteoritics, and Paleoclimatology have been for many many years....big interests of mine, both in college, and also in retirement. I also studied Politics and Economics. Aspaltso
My wife's parents were unable to produce a rice crop in Maha Sarakham Province last year.(First time in their 67 years they remember that happening. In July 2017 1 of these storms coming off of the South China Sea dropped huge flooding rains on Issan(The most rain recorded in the last 40 years, and then just 2 weeks ago a similar storm brought Similar rain totals as that of the July 2017 event. No doubt there is climate change happening and the effects are being felt in Issan.

jacnl2000
Over a period of 25 years, especially this year, i happen to experience at the end of this rain season on some days an inhouse averaged temperature increase of 2.5 degrees Celsius mainly due to lack of cooling rain during the night. In case the sun does not appear during daytime then under these circumstances washed clothes are quite difficult to dry. People using additional technology such as an airco and a dryer probably do not face these kind of problems.Sent from my SM-N960F using Thailand Forum - Thaivisa mobile app

Indisputable. Beyound astronomical questioning. Called preceission. - It's just that this "cicle" lasts for 26 thousand years upon re-calibration back to 22.1. = 26 thousand years. =26'000 years.
