The truck trailer fell into the creek but the driver was rescued by locals after being thrown clear. The crossing is a temporary "Bailey Bridge" installed after recent storm damage to the existing concrete structure. The limit is 12 tons but Naew Na said the driver was arrested for negligence after exceeding the limit while crossing late on Tuesday night. My Lorry weighs 30,000 kg, the weight limit on this bridge is 12.000 kg 12,000 into 30,000 goes 2 times and a little margin there is only me and my truck so no problem to cross, plus me and my lorry always go over 12,000kg bridges, why am i being arrested ?
