MOU's and Trade Agreements are meaningless to Thailand. Just ask Kingsgate who had their mine dispossessed by PM Prayut using his Article 44. Any foreign investor thinking about doing business with Thailand needs to thing long and hard. Honeywell made the mistake and were awarded 37 billion baht in damages but the tricky dickey Thai government refuses to pay. Dealing with the Devil is not good business.
