However, they will understandably, exclude that condition. So, if you are trying to find a company that will cover a problem that you already have, yes you are screwed. They also increase your premium dramatically - that part I will never understand. I was quoted 10x the normal premium! Puchaiyank Posted September 21, 2019 Share Posted September 21, 2019 Getting good healthcare insurance in Thailand is problematic if you are getting older and have any preexisting conditions...I have no major health issues...never been in a hospital bed...had one elective surgery on my sinuses...yet could not secure good insurance... Insurance quotes outrageously high with laughable coverage...and absolutely NO coverage EVER for preexisting conditions...???? Good Luck! ????
