From what I've read, he called her brother to come and pick her up but as they didn't have the key and it was middle of the night they could not get in for a while.

They also reported that she had tearing/wounds down there... and that they have found liquid inside her... well there... although he denied doing anything with her. I think he isn't overly bright.

I will ask this though, why would you be carrying a female up to your apartment if she passed out, I mean wouldn't you take her back to her employer or at least to a hospital if you were not guilty of anything.

 

I would say that she probably had her drink spiked and had an allergic reaction to the day rape drug, all in a country where you can buy sex anywhere you like, shameful, absolutely shameful that scum have to resort to putting drugs in girls drinks to knock them out to have sex with them, says a lot about the character of the villains, i.e. if her drink was spiked.
