noise Posted September 24, 2019 Share Posted September 24, 2019 I went with a cousin when she renewed hers and all she took was her passport, ID card, and tabien baan. stament Posted September 24, 2019 Author Share Posted September 24, 2019 Can confirm for the renewal you just need both parents ID/passport for foreigner and child birth certificate plus expired passport. Plus both parents need to be there in person to sign the form or else consenting permission is required if only one person goes.
