scotsman
My wife has applied for a UK visit visa now they ask you the date you wish to travel so we put a date in October but for other reasons we don't know when we will travel it could be November or December does it matter? The visa is for 6 months so I don't think we will have a problem with this. Am I correct?
BanMuangFarang
From past experience, they require a date of travel on the application so they can use that as the start date of the 6 month visit visa. So even if you don't travel on that date or month, you shouldn't encounter any problems with immigration in the UK if you delay your travel plans. theoldgit
Your wife won’t have a problem traveling later than originally planned, travel plans change. As the previous poster has advised her visa will probably be valid from her original date of travel, she would need to leave the UK no later than six months from the visa start date.Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect
